-For all orders over $1,000 “signature on delivery” is required, and the shipping and billing addresses must match. This policy helps to protect your purchase, while minimizing the risk of fraud.

-If an order was shipped to the wrong address and is being returned to sender, please contact us. We will double check that the address it was shipped to matches the address provided to us. If the address error was our responsibility, we will reship at no cost to you. Otherwise, we are happy to resend the package once it is returned to us at your cost and discretion.
